In the late 1970's, due to her own health and skin related issues Debra began her quest through wholistic health to unfold the mysteries of longevity, health and healthy skin.
She came to the conclusion that we needed to take responsibility for ourselves and our health.
As a CA Licensed Esthetician Debra, discovered that the most important steps you can take towards creating healthy skin are: *drinking at least 8-10 8oz glasses of pure H2o, *Eat plenty of whole complete foods plus fruits and vegies. *Rest at least 8 hrs, *Meditation, and play time are recommended as well. * Having Access to an excellent skin care products and having a ritual of making and taking the time for you and your skin at least twice a day. My biggest skincare concern with being over 50 is doing preventive maintenance; I am naturally most concerned with keeping my skin looking its best by trying to slow the aging process. However, I have very sensitive/Dry skin, so many product lines have caused unfavorable results. I must be quite cautious with what I use because of the sensitivity of my combination skin.
